Ordering Medicine Bee Herbals Products

Domestic Orders

U.S.A. & Canada shipment will be UPS Ground, unless, otherwise specified. Shipment can take up to 3 weeks, depending on location.

• Payment Options - We prefer PayPal transactions though we do accept Personal checks. Please allow a week for approval of the check. Make personal checks out to Renee New, Medicine Bee Herbals and go to our contact page for mailing address.

  Please Note: When you place your order, you pay for the item only. When we receive your order, we will calculate the shipping fee and you will receive a separate email invoice for the shipping fees from PayPal.

  We ship within approximately three weeks of receiving your order unless prior arrangements have been made. Delayed shipments are not always possible. Additional shipping charges may be applied to delayed shipments.

• Handling Fee - There will be a $2.00 handling fee (per order) of all the Medicine Bee Herbal product items, with shipping cost less than $25.00 UDS with the exception of Medicine Bee Herbal seeds (excludes bulk seeds).
• Backordered items are shipped as soon as available at our cost via USPS or UPS Ground.
• Alaska, Hawaii and International rates vary & International Rates Please Note: All prices are in USA funds and do not include local duties, taxes and other import fees.
• Shipping charges for expedited express delivery which are delayed due to bad weather are NOT refundable.

Cancellations

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within the same business day. To cancel an order by email, please write to renee@medicinebeeherbals.com.

International Orders

• International orders will be FedEX air. You can visit the FedEX web site to get an estimate of the shipping rates.
• Payment Options - For International orders our PayPal only. Please go to www.PayPal.com for further information. Countries outside of the district of PayPal need to use a credit card of the countries listed with PayPal.
• Handling Fee - There will be a $4.00 handling fee (per order) of all the Medicine Bee Herbal product items, with shipping cost less than $25.00 USD.
• Duties and Taxation - Medicine Bee Herbals is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import tax your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Orders Held Up At Your Country’s Border and Disposal Issues - While we try are best to deliver your order. We are unable to guarantee that the parcel will reach you in the exact time frame. Any country/nation, at any time can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect and warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items that may cause concern with customer officials. These held orders are not the responsibility of Medicine Bee Herbals.
• Please Note: In the event that your country’s inspection agency quarantines, dispose of otherwise discards material which is not allowed into the country, this will became the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into their respected country or not.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns for merchandise from our international customers except two circumstances:

• A clerical error on our part
• If you order accidentally and have good cause to return the merchandise, we can refund your order, Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges/fees that incurred in processing your parcel/package.

Backorders

Occasionally we run short on particular items and issue a “Backorder” on your order. We find the item is temporarily out of stock. In this instance, we will issue a small backorder notice that clearly explains that once our stock is replenished; we will fulfill the backorders within 1-4 weeks.

Infestation Policy

Medicine Bee Herbals implements several control methods to guarantee that each item shipped from our warehouse is completely free of live insects and parasitic activity. Please observe good storage guidelines, and if minor insect infestation is found, freeze immediately at a temperature of 10-30 degrees.

Medicine Bee Herbals will offer a full and immediate refund for any items that are found to contain pests in 60 day period. Any item infested after this period of time will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds are only available for the dollar value of the merchandise and we will not be liable for expenses incurred as a result of infestation.
